Classes tailored to all levels and ages with a specialty in Balanchine Technique. Either semi privates (small groups) or private lessons.  

Ballerina Workout

Dancer influenced pilates and yoga inspired methods that I use to cross train with my personal trainer to create length, strength, and tone my muscles.

Collaborate

Available for freelance work, gigs, artistic projects, and new choreography. Reach out and let’s work on a project together!

Mentorship

Talk through the things you are going through that could be tough or overwhelming, or ask me for assistance/advice on anything regarding ballet questions or being a professional ballerina.

 

I have always had a passion for dance. Trying to figure out how to incorporate that during these hard times has been a challenge. During quarantine, I decided teaching and passing the knowledge I have learned throughout my career on to the younger generations was especially important and fulfilling.
